Tahini Almond Blondies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-natural almond butter
1/2 cup tahini
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup real maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Mix together the almond butter, tahini, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in the flax meal, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 pan that is lined with lightly greased parchment paper.
Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Makes about 16 squares (~190 calories each).
