A personalized program is designed to provide you with more one on one support in order to help you lose weight, gain strength, improve endurance and reduce stress. We offer BARRE, Pilates, HIIT with weights, Power Yoga and guided meditation in a private or semi-private studio environment.

Private and semi-private sessions are hosted in the intimate and very comfortable well&tight studio (Bloor and Royal York). Each 1 hour session can accommodate 1 to 4 people and are customized to help you reach your personal or group goals. 

We will pair you with the right well&tight trainer to make sure you get the most of each session and are motivated to seek new possibility in your physical and mental strength capabilities.
