GROUP TRAINING

We host 6 group training programs a year. Each program is designed to inspire us to rally together and follow a dedicated nutrition program, move multiple times a week and stay accountable to one another. All of our classes are grounded in self study, body awareness and mindfulness to help you uncover new possibility. You can join a program even if it has kicked off.
