Creamy Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 2 handfuls organic spinach

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, chopped (adjust to your taste)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

  1. Simply add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy. You can add ice to thicken or vanilla protein to increase nutrition value.
