Banana Bread
Ingredients:
3 bananas mashed
3 zucchinis (grated like cheese)
2 eggs (or 1/4 cup applesauce for vegan)
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or almond milk however recipe won't be as moist)
1 TBS vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups large flake oats
1.5 TBS baking powder
1 TBS baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Set your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 loaf tins with coconut oil.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into wet and pour into tins.
Bake for 15-20 mins until cooked through and let cool.
