A stronger core begins with you. Our 3-week mom&babe ‘Your Core’ series offers you the knowledge and movement required to strengthen your core. Better posture, pelvic floor integrity, abdominal separation modifications, low back support, injury prevention, improved breathing and noticeable core strength gains are a few of the benefits you’ll experience from our time together.
‘Your Core’ 3-week series details:
Each week you will be led through a 25 min knowledge-based discussion with Mel from BodyCo (physiotherapist specializing in pre and post-natal core restoring programs).
Sylvia and Remy will then take you through a 50 min movement class designed to strengthen your core muscles (entire core unit focus, from your shoulders to your glutes) using movement patterns, proper alignment cues and equipment.
Our time together has been designed to help you feel stronger and gain a new awareness on proper core engagement.
This class welcomes all babes however it’s not required if you’d like to participate without a child.
