Her personal wellness philosophy is founded on building a strong community committed to living a well&tight life, together. Yoga, BARRE, Pilates and nutrition certified, multiple Ironman and marathon finisher, Nathania knows that hard work ignites powerful results, both physically and mentally. Jennifer thrives on balance and wakes up inspired to start each day filled with endeavours that ignite her soul. Her passion is to hold space for others to embrace who they are and cultivate empowerment both on and off the mat. She’s active in philanthropic initiatives and partners with organizations that align with her worldview. Dr. Angelina Yee is a medical doctor trained in both Family and Functional medicine. As a fitness and health enthusiast she enjoys all forms of activity and exploration into physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Angelina is a certified yoga instructor and a national body-building champion. She is on a life long journey to spiritual enlightenment and building strong connections through her commitment to helping those around her achieve vitality. Sylvia has always had a passion for fitness and movement. After a career in Marketing & Public Relations, she left corporate to start her own business in the health & wellness space and be more present for her 3 kids. Finding the well&tight community reignited a desire to share her passion for fitness by teaching and training others. She believes that wellness comes from within, and when you combine that with inspiration from others in a community, you can push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of. Sylvia is committed to raising her 3 kids to shine their light and chase their greatness - in order to do so, she knows she has to do the same. @sylviacwalker
Remy is a committed mother of two with an energetic passion for fitness. Her optimistic outlook on life creates an encouraging and happy environment for a challenging and very fulfilling work out. Yoga, running, pilates, and skiing are among many activities she enjoys regularly. Her day is not complete without a good work out that challenges her existing limits. Remy's yoga practice has taught her to appreciate the correlation between physical wellness and mental health. As such, she strives to encourage others to find a fitness routine that suits their lifestyle. Remy and her husband work together as a design build team on home construction projects.
Lindsay is passionate about sharing her deep love of yoga with young people. As a dedicated yogi, Lindsay has personally experienced the physical, mental and emotional benefits of mindfulness, movement and meditation. Lindsay’s three young kids and husband Andrew are her reason, and the inspiration behind her creative, fun and affirming programs for little yogis. A marketing professional who is actively involved in her community, Lindsay is committed to empowering tomorrow’s leaders through wellness, movement and self-love. Kelly is an active mom and fitness fanatic who embodies what we stand for at well&tight. She exudes a contagious energy, endless positivity and optimism. A real team player who is 110% invested in making you the best version of you. Growing up a provincial gymnast, leading her co-ed varsity cheerleading team to national titles and competing in national fitness competitions, Kelly knows first-hand what it takes, both mentally and physically, to get to the next level. Melanie has always lived an active lifestyle and grew up figure skating and playing softball, volleyball, and tennis. She also loves running and did her first half marathon in Vienna, Austria. She is always up for trying new things which brought her to well&tight. She quickly became addicted to the challenging and rewarding workouts which inspired her to become a certified well&tight trainer. With two young daughters and working part-time, Melanie knows first hand how busy life can get and how important it is to stay healthy and active for the mind, body and soul.
