Fresh Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Shrimp Recipe

Easy to make and a colourful addition to any dinner table. Try this fresh shrimp salad tonight. This recipe will make 2 servings so double the ingredients if you are making it for a larger group of people.


  • ¾ pounds shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup mango, diced 

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • salt & pepper


  • Put shrimp in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper

  • Add shrimp to a sauté pan and sauté until shrimp is cooked

  • Once cooked, cut off the tails and dice the shrimp

  • Mix shrimp, cucumber, mango, avocado all in a bowl. 

  • Drizzle with juice of a lime and season with 1/8 tsp. sea salt.
