Our multi-day immersive experiences are designed to provide you with the space to nourish, move and restore your mind, body and soul. A menu is created based on your groups specific needs and executed flawlessly by a personal chef while you are with us. Your weekend agenda includes opportunities to move your body through pilates, yoga and nature lead efforts and carefully curated self inquiry and guided mindful exercises will help you uncover your inner voice and truths needed to live to your best potential self. Most importantly, there are many opportunities for you to enjoy activities that fill you up and build the resiliency needed to be the woman you desire to be.
