Popcorn Cauliflower

This is a great recipe to meal prep and use as a healthy side dish with a meal or a hearty and flavourful warm afternoon snack.


  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon

  • 8 cups cauliflower (bite size)

  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, turmeric and salt and pepper.

  • Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and roast cauliflower until tender and golden brown, 10 minutes.

  • Remove and sprinkle with hemp seeds and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
