This is a great recipe to meal prep and use as a healthy side dish with a meal or a hearty and flavourful warm afternoon snack.
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 cups cauliflower (bite size)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, turmeric and salt and pepper.
Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and roast cauliflower until tender and golden brown, 10 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with hemp seeds and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
