This is a challenging, full body, high intensity, low impact workout designed to create long lean muscle mass, burn fat and increase you fitness level. The entire class is performed on a mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises. We will create a stronger core, improve circulation and increase flexibility. Only a mat or soft surface is required.
