Golden Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1 Pear (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 zucchini (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 chunk ginger (about the size of a child’s thumb)

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower 

  • 1/3 cup ice

  • 1 scoop Protein powder (Genuine Health Vanilla flavour works well)

  • 1 TBSP Hemp seeds 

  • Cinnamon (garnish smoothie with a sprinkle)

Directions:

  • Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!

  • This recipe makes 2 servings. I peel the pear and zucchini to keep the rich white colour however you can also keep the peels on for a more nutrient dense smoothie.
