Golden Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 Pear (peeled and chopped)
1 banana
1 zucchini (peeled and chopped)
1 chunk ginger (about the size of a child’s thumb)
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/3 cup ice
1 scoop Protein powder (Genuine Health Vanilla flavour works well)
1 TBSP Hemp seeds
Cinnamon (garnish smoothie with a sprinkle)
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
This recipe makes 2 servings. I peel the pear and zucchini to keep the rich white colour however you can also keep the peels on for a more nutrient dense smoothie.
