Our restorative classes are designed to provide you with the space needed to stop and honour your mind, body and soul’s needs. Prepare yourself for deep relaxation and a renewed focus on the joy that is the present moment.
Restorative yoga is the practice of slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, holding 6 supported postures in the course of our time together. During your long holds, your muscles are allowed to finally relax deeply, allowing your mind to experiences a shift into ease.
These sessions are intimate (up to 5 spots available in each session) and hosted in Nat’s warm and welcoming personal well&tight studio. Nat will guide you through each pose and support you with one on one assists to help you to focus on your breath and sink deeper into the pose. Soothing music and specifically crafted essential oils will help ground you in the space and focus required to let go.
At the end of the session, your mind, body and soul will feel more open and refreshed, allowing for new growth and possibility.
