Hummus & Avocado

This has quickly become one of our favourite and easy afternoon snack ideas. It's filling and easy to make. Keep the ingredients at work and make it all week long. Get creative with your topping options. 


  • 2 organic brown rice cakes
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 tsp of hemp hearts


  • Spread 2 tsp. hummus on a brown rice cake. Top with ¼ of a sliced avocado and hemp hearts.
