Avocado & Egg
Healthy snacking can be very easy when you have the right ingredients available. Boil a dozen eggs at the start of each week for quick and easy protein snack options like this avocado and egg on a brown rice cake.
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 organic brown rice cake
- 1 boiled egg
- pinch of hemp hearts
- salt & pepper
- Slice ¼ of an avocado onto a brown rice cake.
- Top with a sliced boiled egg and 1 -2 tsp. of hemp hearts.
- Add salt and pepper as desired.
