Avocado & Egg

Healthy snacking can be very easy when you have the right ingredients available. Boil a dozen eggs at the start of each week for quick and easy protein snack options like this avocado and egg on a brown rice cake. 


  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 organic brown rice cake
  • 1 boiled egg
  • pinch of hemp hearts
  • salt & pepper


  • Slice ¼ of an avocado onto a brown rice cake. 
  • Top with a sliced boiled egg and 1 -2 tsp. of hemp hearts. 
  • Add salt and pepper as desired.
