Recently I met with Kayla Kervin, a holistic nutritionist who (brilliant business model) preps healthy, nourishing meals for you. She has 3 or 5 days plans (prepared food that arrives at your door) to help support balanced nutrition without the heavy lifting of prep. I still encourage you to create a lifestyle that supports regular meal prep as this is critical to good health. This week I tried her 5 day program and it was a great experience. The meals arrived on Sunday (day 1 - 3) and Wednesday (day 4 -5). They were large potions and I focused on eating till I was satisfied and then stropped. There was plenty of great food available for each meal so you won't feel deprived. I added raw vegetables to my snacks and avocado or lean meats to some of the salads if I was working out. The meals covered most of my nutrition needs for the day and I focused on eating only what Kayla prepared for me.
