TIGHT TRAINING

Between each seasonal RESET, we train together for 7 - 10 weeks to stay accountable, become stronger and continue to reach our well&tight goals. Each week we focus on improving functional movement, mobility, cardio and strength with BARRE, Pilates, HIIT and Yoga inspired workouts. We close our time together with a mindful meditation.

We have partnered with an inspiring and very motivating group of women in order to bring you more classes and help you become your best potential self. We are dedicated to helping you reach your well&tight goals and passionate about inspiring you to move your body more and in new ways this fall. All levels welcome and modifications are provided to support your personal training needs.

    • Wed 11:00 am – mom&babe HIIT

    • Wed 8:15 pm - SAOR

    • Thursday 8:15 pm – HIIT/Barre 

    • Friday 9:30 am – Inferno Pilates 

    • Friday 11:00 am – mom&babe Inferno Pilates

    • Sat 7:30 am - Total Body Movement (HIIT/Barre/Pilates)

We have partnered with an inspiring and very motivating group of women in order to bring you more classes and help you become your best potential self. 

How our class pass works: Buy the amount of classes (9, 18, unlimited) that coordinate best with your weekly training and movement needs. Use your class passes when it works for your schedule over our 9 week program. Pilates, HIIT, Yoga, BARRE and attend as many or as few classes as you need each week.
