PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Private and semi-private sessions are hosted in the intimate and very comfortable well&tight studio (Bloor and Royal York Road). Each 1 hour session can accommodate 1 to 4 people and are customized to help you reach your personal or group goals.
We will pair you with the right well&tight trainer to make sure you get the most of each session and are motivated to seek new possibility in your physical and mental strength capabilities.

Pilates is similar to yoga and barre, with more focus on stabilizing and strengthening your entire core system. Total body toning vs. bulking muscle. Pilates develops much of what exercisers need: strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and good posture. Nat recently completed her 140 hour Pilates certification and is welcoming well&tight members into her private studio for FREE pilates sessions (1 hour classes) in order to help her practice teaching this new and unique form of movement.
