    • Wednesday 11:00 am - HIIT (mom&babe)

    • Thursday 8:15 pm - HIIT/BARRE

    • Friday 9:30 am - Tight Core Pilates

    • Friday 10:30 am - HIIT/tight yoga (mom&babe)

    • Saturday 7:30 am - HIIT/BARRE

How our class pass works: Depending on your training needs, you can buy as many 'passes' as you need to reach your goals this session. Train with us once, twice or unlimited times each week and feel stronger for it. We operate on an honour system at well&tight. You show up for the class when it works for you.
