Our mom&babe programs are designed for moms with babes who are looking for the tools, accountability and support needed to lead a healthy lifestyle and lose post pregnancy weight. And in an environment that's baby, toddler, breastfeeding and sleep deprived friendly.
mom&babe Tight FALL Training - October 28th
There is no denying it. We are better together and training is no exception. When you are surrounded with an incredible group of people, you train harder and get stronger and feel accountable to reach your goals.
We have partnered with an inspiring and very motivating group of women in order to bring you more classes and help you become your best potential self. We are dedicated to helping you reach your well&tight goals and passionate about inspiring you to move your body more and in new ways this fall. All levels welcome and modifications are provided to support your personal training needs.

Tuesday 11:00 am - mom&babe Barre
Wed 11:00 am – mom&babe HIIT
Wed 8:15 pm - SAOR
Thursday 8:15 pm – HIIT/Barre
Friday 9:30 am – Inferno Pilates
Friday 11:00 am – mom&babe Inferno Pilates
Sat 7:30 am - Total Body Movement (HIIT/Barre/Pilates)
