HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Below are instructional videos for a 30 min HIIT workout (warm up, cardio HIIT workout and cool down). Depending on your current level of fitness you may need to modify some of the exercises. Always push yourself to try a more challenging version and then modify as needed.
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds with a 30 second rest period between drills.
