Monkey Business Smoothie
This is my favourite post workout recovery morning shake when I feel like a treat and need a boost of energy to take on a full day. Normally I like to have my smoothies 70% vegetables but this is an exception that I enjoy once in a while.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 espresso shot
- 1 tsp raw cocoa powder
- 1 tsp raw cocoa nibs
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 frozen banana (chopped)
- 1 yellow zucchini (chopped)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop natural chocolate fermented vegan proteins+ powder by Genuine Health
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
