Apple Cinnamon Oat bran
Oat bran is one of my favourite morning meals. It's filling and contains a lot of fibre which most women don't get enough of and is critical for strong digestive health. This recipe is simple and takes 5 min's to make. You always have time for oat bran.
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 1 cup of water
- 1 apple sliced small
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of raisins (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder from Genuine Health
- 1 dollop of greek yogurt
- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. Add the oat bran and stir for 30 seconds. Add apple pieces, cinnamon, protein powder and raisins. Stir for 1-2 min's until oat bran is cooked fully.
- Add a dollop of greek yogurt and serve.
